*Cost includes use of ballroom, full kitchen, Bride’s room with attached bathroom, guest bathroom, 12 round white tables, 5 long banquet tables & 90 white folding chairs.

Rental Fees:
– A non-refundable deposit of 50% is due with rental contract.
– The remaining rental fees will be due 30 days prior to the date of the event or wedding.

Stereo System Use – $50
Set up the day before (based on availability 3 weeks prior to event) – $150
Set up/take down tables & chairs – $50

Photography/Art Use $40/hr.


Seating available for 90 people. Max capacity 250.

Yes, decorations are welcome. However, due to the historic nature of the building hanging things on the walls, windows, or from the lights is not allowed.

There are 2 public parking lots. One is located at the rear of the building; the other is located east of the building behind ACE Hardware. There is also parking along Main St.

Event must be fully cleaned up two hours after the event ends. All trash must be taken out to the dumpster across the alleyway. Tables and chairs must be put back properly. Kitchen must be left free from excess food and counters wiped off.

Yes, 50% of your rental fees are due at the time of booking. This deposit secures the date and is non-fundable.

Yes, the password is available upon request.

Round tables are 60″. Long tables are 8 ft.
